Marek Konsek is partner with focus on finance and audit at Geissbühler Weber Consulting AG. He provides advice to credit institutions and financial service providers for more than 15 years.
Marek Konsek provides longtime experience in consulting of credit institutions at the gateway between business and IT. He headed several large transformation projects (IFRS conversions) in the finance sector and supported with the construction of an integrated data warehouse. Within the scope of a bad bank project he was responsible for the analysis and definition of finance processes and transformation of these processes to an outsourcing partner. He is subject matter expert for accounting orientated consulting.
